San Jose Museum of Art: Day Three

A long few days, what with driving up from L.A., setting up, painting, and giving a presentation and demonstration on Wednesday and Thursday, and projecting the entire composition today. Only 3 hours, 12 minutes behind schedule, according to my calculations. Looking forward to catching up tomorrow with a little help from my friends…

Raging Opulence: Mark Dean Veca at San Jose Museum of Art

So I drove up to San Jose from L.A. yesterday and got right to work on my new installation, Son of Phantasmagoria, the fourth and final chapter in the Phantasmagoria saga (“They keep pulling me back in!”). Please enjoy the photos, check back early and often for updates, and have a nice fall.
